Tainan Golf Club was established during the period of Martial law in Taiwan. The organizer Mrs.Hsu thought Golf can develop fine personality. Theerefore, she tried her best to promote this in Taiwan. Wiht General Ho's help, we finished the first 9holes in March 1971 at Hu-Tou Pei . The whole 18 holes course was finished in 1978. |

民國56年5月10日，柬邀社會賢達熱心公益人士，發起組織。 |

民國56年6月14日，奉台南縣政府以(56)南府民社字第35060號通知，准予籌組俱樂部。 |

(三) |
民國56年6月23日，舉行球場奠基典禮。 |
| |
(四) |
民國56年11月5日，奉行政院會決議「特准興建」在禁建期間，梁許立委與諸賢達，競日奔走，不辭辛勞，屢經陳情，請願終得佳訊。 |

(五) |
民國60年12月底，陳進和先生義務擔任本俱樂部籌委會總幹事。 |

(六) |
民國61年3月18日，新化鎮公所會議室，舉行會議，正式成立會員大會。 |

(七) |
民國65年3月29日，球場正式開幕啟用。 |
| |
(八) |
民國65年11月3日，奉准設立正式成為財團法人組織。 |
