About Club
Tainan Golf Club, built in 1976, is the first golf course in Tainan. It is only 10 kilometers away from the city center and has very convenient transportation. Because it is located in the "Xinhua District", it is often called the Xinhua Golf Course.
It has the characteristics of Taiwan's old golf courses covered with dense trees. After some renovation, more colorful flowers and plants are incorporated to embellish the fairways. The level of the fairways has been improved day by day, allowing golfers to feel the care taken. It is also the first golf course in the southern Taiwan to use YAMAHA electromagnetic induction golf carts.
The 18 holes are par 72 and the total length is 6,523 yards. Although the total yardage of the Tainan Golf Course is not long, the fairways are narrow and winding, which makes them quite difficult. In addition, the location of the trees in many holes makes it difficult to handle the next shot after teeing off, making it an excellent venue to test your golfing skills...
